How soon before class should I enroll?

Ledet Training requests that you enroll in class as soon as you can, but at a minimum at least 2 weeks before the class start date. It’s important not to delay signing up for classes, because some may fill up fast.

While we do accept late enrollment when seats are available, enrolling as soon as possible provides a number of advantages.

  1. You can make sure you get a seat.
Registering early makes sure you get a seat in the class you want. The most popular classes do sometimes fill up fast.
  2. You can better plan your schedule and get more cooperation from others in scheduling projects around your class.
Many clients find that by planning and enrolling in class well beforehand, other projects they may be assigned tend to be more easily moved around the assigned date. It's a lot harder for a coworker to interfere with a class that's been on your calendar for several weeks or months.
  3. You'll get it out of the way.
Most of our clients are super busy and frequently get interrupted. Crossing your enrollment off your to-do list is easy, and you'll be glad you did. You'll feel better prepared and getting the class on your schedule as early as possible will help you plan to get the most out of your educational experience
  4. You'll have time to handle unexpected roadblocks.
Finance department taking longer than expected? Other projects always coming up and competing for attention? Enrolling early gives you time to figure out any issues that might interfere with your attendance and take care of them in plenty of time to still attend.
  5. You'll be able to get your choice of printed or digital courseware.
Enrollments made with less than 2 weeks notice typically are only eligible for digital courseware.
  6. You'll help ensure the class runs as scheduled.
Since go/no-go decisions are made by Ledet Training's operations department based on paid enrollments, enrolling early helps ensure your class will run as scheduled.
